I’ve learned from a real estate agent that you are selling your property of some 800 square meters along the corner of North East Avenue and Fast Lane, Minneapolis City. I propose to buy the said property with two-storey and 5 bedroom house at $1.15 million USD. Aside from the amount, I propose to shoulder all necessary expenses for the taxes and transfer of title.
It is to my understanding that you are selling the said property at $1.14 million. What I am offering is more than this amount with a difference of $100,000. You must be wondering on the reason behind it. I simply want the property since it will be a good addition to the adjoining lots that are already transferred to my name.
