Set of laws are an important part of our lives.  Everywhere we see, a custom or a guideline dictates acceptable behavior.  Whether we personally believe in the reliability of this or that rule, we must believe that most rules were created with the best interests of the majority in mind.

Simpson Ltd. has rules governing every employee’s conduct. These rules were made to benefit every member of the entire team, but it is observed that some team members may have forgotten the importance of playing by the rules.  Therefore, it became imperative to highlight the areas where memory loss seems greatest.

Simpson Ltd. employee conduct rules include but are not limited to the following: Discipline.  A complete list with explanations is available from Marx Zuber, Administrative Officer. All employees must ensure to receive a copy of the same after signing in the register provided.

There are absolutely no exceptions to our rules, and failure to comply with may result in disciplinary action.  If you see team rules being broken, notify Marx Zuber at 999-888-7777.  Such reports are held in strict confidence, so you need not fear reprisal.  The confidentiality rule, like the others, is for everyone’s benefit.
