Mr. Raksha Gowda

Sales Manager

Excellent Company

Dear Mr. Gowda,

I write this letter to formally apologize for my unprofessional conduct during the staff meeting yesterday.  My conduct was uncalled for and I sincerely apologize for what I did.

I was deeply troubled with a family problem before the meeting began and I was not able to focus well on the subject being discussed during the meeting.  I could not collect my thoughts because my son had been involved in a misdeed in school and my wife had just informed me that she had been called to the school by the principal.  My action during the meeting was in violation of company ethics but I am more than willing to undergo due process and the reprimand that comes with my action.

I know that what happened is inexcusable but I hope for your kind consideration.

Thank you.

Respectfully,

Mr. Taran Kaul
