Employee Termination Letter
Dear Jennifer Walker:
We already sent you three written warnings in a span of four months about your consistent absence and tardiness. After these written warnings, we saw no changes on your performance at work. The company upholds professionalism, and we expect each of our employees to be professional while at work. And this include coming to work on time and to be report to work regularly.
Given these, we regret to inform you that we need to terminate you as we think we are only wasting our resources to an incompetent and unprofessional employee. We can no longer tolerate your behavior as you only cause a big loss to the company. This termination is effective 10 days after your receipt of this letter.
We hope you understand our decision as the company wishes to uphold professionalism among our employees.
