Your complaint regarding faulty telephone

This refers to your series of complaints about the malfunctioning of the telephone despite attending to the same by our technicians that you asked us to remove the telephone once and for all.

The matter is receiving our attention and initially, we regret the inconvenience caused to you. Our technicians have analyzed and have to report that malfunctioning of the telephone has been due to cable fault occurred due to digging by municipal authorities when the underground cable got cut. Our people have embarked on rectification work and we assure you within 24 hours, the service will be restored fully and there will be no further cause of improper functioning.

With regard to your complaint on the faulty handset, we believe our technicians have examined and have since initiated to gives you a brand new instrument and the same will be delivered by the time the cable fault gets repaired.
