Dear Mr. Fred Zappa,
I apologize for the inconvenience we have caused. I understand that you purchased a product in one of our branch but you were given a wrong product by our sales clerk. Although the incident happened a week ago, it has been brought to my attention only recently.
We value our customers and it is not in our intention to give you inconvenience. I already called the attention of the person in-charge and I had taken the necessary action as fast as I can. The sales clerk is deeply sorry for what happened and so am I.
I am looking forward to discuss and settle our shortcomings in a way that would be both advantageous for us. Please come visit me at my office at your most convenient time.
Thank you very much and my sincere apology once again.
