Dear Mr. Kocchar,

We received your complaint letter yesterday about the defective microwave oven that you purchased from our store recently and I would like to apologize for the said incident.  We have promptly called the company that delivered the said unit to us and they have informed us that it may be due to technical problems that is part of the wear and tear of the product after several years on the shelf.  We will deliver to you the new unit to replace the said product within the week together with a technician.  Please check that the unit we deliver is functioning well as will be validated by our technician.

We apologize again for the incident.  Rest assured that this is an isolated incident and that we ensure we deliver quality products to our customers.  We hope you continue being a loyal customer.
