Head of Operations
Sound Vision Music Enterprise
Dear Mr. Ellis,
I have been a part of your prestigious company for more than five years. No doubt that all through these years, you witnessed my loyalty and hard work. Yet, an incident that happened recently may have stained my reputation and may have changed your perception about me.
I may have offended you or my colleagues but the incident was not to my intention. As your humble employee, I am writing this letter to prove my honesty and to convey my sincere apology.
If I made a mistake then let me mend my shortcomings with sincerity and hard work. If you feel that my apology is not enough, then I am willing to face the consequences of my actions especially if it is affecting the credibility of the company.
Thank you very much and I am hoping for your kind consideration.
